THE CONSTITUTION TO LET IMMIGRANTS OCCUPY THE WHITE HOUSE AFTER
THEY'VE BEEN U-S CITIZENS FOR TWENTY YEARS.
THE ISSUE HAS BEEN REVIVED
SINCE AUSTRIAN-BORN ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER WAS ELECTED
GOVERNOR OF CALIFORNIA.
A CHANGE WOULD ALSO OPEN THE PRESIDENCY TO
MICHIGAN GOVERNOR JENNIFER GRANHOLM, WHO WAS BORN IN
CANADA.
