$38 Million Drug-Switch Complaint Settlement
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
Pennsylvania's attorney general says pharmacy benefits manager Caremark has agreed to pay 38.5 million dollars to 28 states and Washington, D.C., to settle a deceptive business practice complaint.
