It may only go 70 MPH, but it's a money saver with high gas prices, and much better for the environment than your every day car.

Tom Nicholls says converting your car into an energy saving mode of transportation is fairly basic, "generally, the smaller, lighter weight cars are more favorable becase they're less taxing on the battery, you can drive them faster and go a little further."
