Cities and towns all across mid-Michigan are celebrating the holiday.

In Eaton County, the city of Charlotte kicks off the annual Eaton County Fair this Monday.  The fair features tons of family fun including rides, games, food and events for the week.

The fair continues through July 12 and also includes livestock exhibits and events each night in the grandstand.
