Father's Sexual Abuse

In Livingston County, a father has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting his 12-year-old son.
The Tyrone Township man gave his plea this week in exchange for prosecutors requesting a sentence of no more than 15 years in prison.
He was charged two years ago after his son passed a note during dinner to a neighbor stating he was being physically and sexually abused.
The father will be senetence in June.
