Governor Race

Talks of who could be Michigan's next governor continue to circulate Friday as U.S. Representative Peter Hoekstra announces his interest.

The republican from Holland says he's still undecided and won't make any announcement until early next year.

On Wednesday former candidate Dick Devos announced he does not plan to run again for governor, which Hoekstra says made him even more interested in the position.

55-year-old Hoekstra was reelected Nov. 4 to his 9th term in Congress, representing Michigan's 2nd congressional district.

Attorney General Mike Cox has also announced his interest in running for governor.
