New Information on Murder in Clinton County

Police are releasing new information in their invesitigation into the murder of a DeWitt man.

Officials have arrested a 37- year- old Brighton man in connection with the murder.

The body of 63-year-old Bernard Koziel was found outside his DeWitt home last Thursday.

Officials say the cause of death was blunt force trauma with an unknown weapon.

State troopers from Indiana and Michigan located the suspect in Indianapolis.

Anyone with further information is asked to contact the Michigan State Police Post in Lansing.
