McCain says he's done with Michigan

Senator John McCain says he's done here in Michigan.

Campaign officials confirm the Republican candidate will stop airing television advertisments, stop mailings in the state, and send key staff to more competitive states like Wisconsin, Ohio and Florida, essentially giving up here in Michigan.

Recent polls have shown Senator Obama has extended his lead over McCain in our state.  A McCain event planned for Plymouth, Michigan has also been canceled.
