After a nearly ten month search, Lansing police say they've located a homicide suspect.

They say 26-year-old Jay Anthony Waller was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia on an outstanding open murder warrant.

He's awaiting extradition back to Michigan.

Police say Waller shot Dominique Carter in the front yard of a home in the 1500 block of Bailey Street on September 15th last year.
