Some good news for the local economy: 600 new high-tech jobs could be moving into the Lansing area.

Its all part of Liquid Web Inc.'s newest data center expansion in Delta Township.

Liquid Web is a private high-tech company with three data centers in Lansing.

Seth Swan of Liquid Web said, "We're running out of room in the other building, so in order to provide more web real estate for people and we need another building.  So here we are!"

The new center will include a 90,000 sq. ft. expansion and enough space to support 25,000 new high performance web servers and 600 additional high-tech jobs.
